Read and convert the pixel values of an image

 

This program is developed to read and convert the original color of an image and then display the new output image based on the color values (RED, GREEN and BLUE) which will be selected by the user. The program is called “Color Selection And Display” where the user can change and display the color of an image using the command button, listbox, combobox and pull down menu.

 

This program developed using windows Application Programming Interface (API GDI32) stands for Graphic Device Interface : 32-bit version.

How the program works?. The program will read all the individual pixel or color values of an image and using the GetPixel code and then the SetPixel code to set the new color for these pixels. By using the procedures DrawAPIBrightness,  picOutput, picOutput and tBrightness  code this will draw the new color for the image.
