1.   Georeferencing & Digitizing Using Of Map ArcGIS

This tutorial contains step by step procedures used during tutorial hours to familiarize ArcGIS functionalities for data entry and conversion process which includes registration of an image, digitizing process, attributes data entry and integration data from different sources into GIS database.

 

 

2.   Surface Modeling Using 3D Analyst & Spatial  Analyst

This tutorial explained step by step procedures to create, manipulate, compute and display map features in  3D using ArcGIS Software Extension (3D Analyst and Spatial Analyst).

 

 

3.  Network Analysis

This tutorial explained step by step procedures to create, manipulate, compute and presenting the surface in a 3D using ArcGIS Software Extension (3D Analyst and Spatial Analyst).

 

 

4.  Data Manipulation & GIS Analysis

This tutorial involved two type of analysis as follows :

i. Land Availability Analysis
The final product or output from this exercise will be a single file/layer contains locations of available areas to be used for development which has been created based on the given criteria/parameters.

ii. Land Suitability Analysis
The final product or output from this analysis will be a single file/layer contains the geographic location of an area that suitable for landfill based on the given criteria/parameters.
